game wont let you load your save says error it shows you your saves but wont let you load it. WTF

WTF is with messages being deleted?? Again this game does NOT load older saves... It gives the pictures of your saves, you click on them . you get ERROR page and back to name your main character....
The only choices are not much on choosing???
Jerkfree, saves worked for me, just Achievements and Scenes didn't
Was kinda hoping there would be a scene for the Achievements, but at least you can get all of them, even if they are down different paths (like pay her meal _and_ split the bill)
