a good chunk of the screen is cut off. i tried to use zoom, but it's still cut! is it me? or is the resolution off for the game?

I'm on a pc and for the person who suggested f4 on another guy's answer, that doesn't work because it's not my fault, lol, it's the game creators for making it too zoomed in to play!
