ok idk if the people are stupid, literally when the game freezes say: restart the game for apply the changes, then you only need to click the restart bottom (that is next to the name of the game)
Error, You can skip this issue by turning on "All Text" in the "Skip Text" section in Settings. You can skip till the next chapter (by pressing the skip button in the bottom right, and clicking again once the boating scene is finished) where there is no longer an error. You miss a tiny bit of the game, and the issue happens whenever there is a "night boating" scene (once more when you wake up at the hospital), but at least you don't miss the majority of it.
