Like ReplyOnlyhaveaphone, to take naps you just tap or click on any sleepable I.E. beds couch surfaces as long as its not night and your boy will ask should i take a nap it doesnt skip time it costs 1 action and can be done several times in a day so i recommend naps to help recover your energy early game.
