  The trick i found to beating it is when it begins to get faster and faster don't try to click when the arrow is on the green. aim for when the arrow is in the yellow. either yellow just before green or yellow half way. It worked for me

  really should make the arrow spin slower, and give a save point, after stripping each clothing, and reset the noise level if the progress is also resetting after each clothing is taken off
