Like Replyturan, go into the garage and grab the ladder and then go out through the side infront of one of the cars and then go to the gate that leads to the back yard. it will be locked so go back into the garage (through the same spot you came out) and go to the bench on the far left wall and get the key for the gate then once you get into the backyard there will be a shining spot right next to the backyard door

There is a message after the Elsie scene stating its the end of the current build.( possibly after another scene if Elsie wasn't the last scene for you)

Hidden doors that you have to guess where they are, constant movement rezoning so you have to be careful to click the exact spot to avoid rezoning back to where you came from, constant freeze, restart, continue loops, then when you finish the dog event it loops back to the beginning of the day.

On the other hand shouldn't the dog disapear once you reach home back from the cop appartment? Garage is in the home some dark tiles near the stairs to your room show the entrance. Like ReplyFuckng hard to get out the dogs or to evad, u need to go down to the construccion do a circle there go back go straight turn to the left where there is gonna be a text '' turn back'' so u turn back go to the right down again to the construccion and now go to the left and then into the middle there is a way where before were a dog and a ward , so now its free , so go in that way then up straight on to the end and after to the left. thats all.
