Like ReplyHosni, and someone. one wheel is in the basement in the room you need to knock down with a pickaxe to get in from the basement security room. it is behind the security line you need to type in 3678 in the code. The second wheel is in the woods you need the second rope and probably second grappling hook to get it ( im not totally sure about this bit as i havent got it yet)

It says use the pick ax in the room. I am assuming I will chop through a wall but have checked most the open rooms and cant find a place to chop through.

Like ReplyDertiss, the grapplling hook is outside in the grounds on the west side near the river alittle north from tye bridge. i think you need to talk to Andy to get that information, and probably have metal detector in your possesion and use pickaxe to get it out. Just keep on clicking in the grounds in the area i just said as per Andys instructions in terms of exact placement.
