If you don't do everything in your quest booklet first (EG: talk to Mariana, start the food war), then the game becomes bugged and you cannot proceed to build the BDSM dungeon.

Make sure you're not running hidden mode,or secret mode, or private mode, whatever your particular browser decides to call it; as this MAY help the situation (I had varying results using different browsers, including corrupted saves with messed up girl stats). You should be able to get at least a solid hour our of this as is, maybe more. I also really like that the tutorial is direct and clear with the instructions. Click the notepad on the desk for the tutorial. Also, in order to increase loyalty you will have to buy teddy bears and flowers in the gift shop.
