Before you play this game, it's better to play the previous games as well to understand the storyline. It's about the main character who woke up in the hospital after a showdown with several guys who tried to attack him and his girlfriend. Now he is bedridden and has no memory of what happened and how the bandits looked like. He has no idea how he got to the hospital either. Luckily, his sister and his friend are trying to help him find those bastards and punish them. Of course there will be a lot of sexual adventure along the way.
