On our side we have managed to normally get past first sleep and also normally save the session (these being tested here).
I don't know if the upload was intended to be stolen or the uploader simply wanted to make the game more known, but we would never launch the game in an unplayable state like the way it is right now...

Dials and scenes are way too slow, battles are rather long even from the very beginning... What's the point of putting battles where your hero just do mere damages to the opponent at the very beginning ? Thus, yeah, of course you need to watch out for your endurance gauge if you are forced to use several cards just to kill your first monster.
Gameplay based on cards proved rarely to be a good idea on these kind of games. This one is not different.
