Little guide - First excersise to 50 stam 50 char, work untile you have enough for caravan. Now keep Alice working and buy her cloths, other girl exercise up again to 50 stam / 50 char then make her work and buy her cloths. Keep the both working until you have enough for house. Now with third girl just do the same make her exercise to 50/50 whit other keep working. When you have all four get all their stats to maximum.
When it comes to parties it is almost always worth the risk.
